We had some issues with about 2 octaves of notes that wouldn't sustain. I fully expected the repair to cost much more than the tuning. Derek tuned the piano and fixed the issues with the piano all during the piano tuning appointment. The piano sounds great and only cost the amount for the tuning, We are so pleased.

The piano technician who visited our home was personable, knowledgeable, and got right to work. He was easy going about our cats, and some coming and going with our kids.
